Memory Verse Competition
This week we had the first innings of Memory verse competition for the year 2023. Kids memorized memory verses from the portion covered from Jan to April 2023. The goal of memorizing verses is not just to recite them but to internalize their message and allow them to shape our kids’ life and to enrich their spiritual journey.
Certainly! Learning and reciting memory verses can be a meaningful way to engage with Scripture. Each and every kid had their turn to recite the memory verse and few kids were so creative to present the memory verse and recite before the crowd flawlessly. Such competition helps our kids to understand how important word of God is and to know that God’s word is lamp to our feet and light to our path.
