The theme for this season is “ being the doers of the word and not just the hearers”. Under that theme, this week the kids were taught about receiving God’s grace through obedience. The story of Naaman getting healed of his leprosy was covered from Scripture 2 kings chapter 5. The story revolves around a courageous little girl , who by her faith proclaimed God’s word to Naaman’s wife. That faith encouraged Naaman to meet the prophet Elisha to get himself delivered from the dreadful skin disease. Kids were very much encouraged to hear how Naaman’s leprosy got cured . They also did amazing craft work related to this bible scripture. Kids learnt to stand as a witness and to proclaim the word of God wherever possible.
